 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

You have the same rights and deadlines to return and claim with regard to faults and defects in products or services acquired both online and offline.

You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the product to return it (article 71 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March) and unless these are returned due to defects in the product, the shipping costs will be payable by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

In the event of withdrawal because the product is not to the USER's liking, the total amount of the order plus the initial shipping costs, if any, will be refunded.

The approximate shipping fee for returns is €3.95 for the peninsula (Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal) and €7.95 for the rest of Europe. These are the approximate values to be deducted from the return.

The right of withdrawal may not be applied in the following cases:

1.     If the product is not returned in perfect condition.

2.     If the product packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to it is prohibited.

3.     When the product has been opened and you are not able to prove that it has not been used.

4.     When the products are personalised or products which for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions provided by law are not covered by this right.

All returns must be communicated Bella Aurora, the SUPPLIER, by contacting the customer service of the SUPPLIER by sending an email to [email protected] indicating the following data. Only products purchased through bella-aurora.com may be returned in this way.

Data to provide:

-          Name and surname

-          Contact telephone

-          Order or bill number

-          Reason for return

-          Products you wish to return

The shipping costs payable for returning the products shall be borne by the USER unless it is an error in the preparation of the order by the online sales service of the SUPPLIER.

In all other cases, carriage forward shipments are not accepted.


Once the product arrives at the Supplier’s warehouse and all the necessary conditions for its acceptance have been checked, the process of sending a new product or refunding the money (whichever is applicable) will be carried out within seven (7) working days, provided that stock is available.
