Deliveries

Bella Aurora, hereinafter the SUPPLIER, will not dispatch any orders until it has checked that payment has been received in full.

Goods will be sent via different transport agencies to the delivery address freely stated by the USER making the purchase on the website bella-aurora.com.

Delivery dates are deemed approximate, and under no circumstances shall they be a condition precedent of the contract. If the SUPPLIER does not deliver the goods within twenty (20) days of the delivery date agreed, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and to be reimbursed for the entire amount paid, at no cost, but shall not be liable for loss or damage attributable to the SUPPLIER.

The delivery terms will vary according to the destination country:

-          Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: 2-3 business days

-          Rest of Europe*: 6-7 business days

This term will apply whenever the availability of the goods has been confirmed and it has been checked that the order has been paid in full.

All orders are processed and dispatched on business days in Spain (from Monday to Friday, other than public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays in Barcelona city (location of the logistics centre and dispatch of goods). The most significant of these are Easter Week and Christmas (the latter coincides with the two-week inventory and consequential closure of the warehouse).

The SUPPLIER accepts no liabilities for non-delivery of goods when the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.

Delivery is considered to have taken place when the carrier makes the goods available to the USER and you or your representative have signed the delivery receipt.

The USER's is responsible for checking the products upon receipt for stating provisos and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
In the event that the contracting does not entail the physical delivery of any product, these being directly downloaded from the website, the PROVIDER will previously inform the USER regarding the procedure to be followed to carry out this download.

*Rest of Europe: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Finland, France, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, and Greece.

No deliveries will be made to the Canary Islands, Andorra, Madeira, Azores, Malta, EFTA countries, Ceuta, and Melilla.

9. DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout of the purchase process, once the USER has confirmed the country to which the order is to be sent.
