Returns

The USER has the same rights and timeframes for returning and/or claiming any potential flaws or defects in the product or service, whether online or offline.

The USER has a period of 14 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27). Unless the return is due to a product defect, the USER will be responsible for the shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

If a product is returned because it is not to the USER's liking, the total order amount will be refunded minus the shipping costs.

The shipping fee for returns is:

• Returns of orders from Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and Portugal: €3.26 + VAT
• Returns of orders from Europe: €8.72 + VAT

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the following circumstances:

1. The product is not in perfect condition.
2. The product packaging is not original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, and the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly to the product is prohibited.
3. The product is open, and it cannot be proven that it has not been used.
4. The products are personalized or, for hygiene reasons or other exceptions provided for by law, are not subject to this right.

All returns must be communicated to Lullage, the PROVIDER, by contacting the PROVIDER's customer service team by sending a form through the Contact page on our website. Returns can only be made via this method for products purchased through www.bellaaurora.com

The USER will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the products, unless the return is due to an error in the order preparation by the PROVIDER's online sales service.

Once the product arrives at the PROVIDER's warehouse and all of the necessary conditions for acceptance are confirmed, the process of sending a new product or refunding the money (as appropriate) will be completed within 7 working days, as long as there is stock available.
